Care You Can Trust

Adventures They Will Love

Why Choose Us

Choosing care for your dog is about more than supervision. It is about trust, understanding, and the kind of environment where your dog can truly thrive. At Happy Trails & Wagging Tails, we focus on meaningful experiences that support each dog's physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

  • Enrichment-Focused Care - We build activities around exploration, play, and new experiences that engage your dog's mind and body.
  • Individualized Attention - Every dog is different, so we tailor care to each dog's personality, energy level, and comfort needs.
  • Safe Social Experiences - Group interactions are structured so dogs can practice healthy behavior and build confidence.
  • Outdoor Adventure - Inspired by the Pacific Northwest, we create safe opportunities for dogs to explore and move outdoors.
  • Guidance Without Judgment - We support both dogs and their humans with thoughtful, respectful coaching.

A Little About Our Owner

The Pacific Northwest teaches you something about movement, fresh air, and the healing power of trails. After years working in traditional pet care environments, I knew there had to be something better for dogs who need enrichment, structure, and connection.

Happy Trails & Wagging Tails was created to give dogs what they are wired for: adventure, enrichment, and purposeful movement. From small pack hikes to structured training, every experience is designed to leave your dog fulfilled, balanced, and happy to come back for more.

Training Philosophy

My approach centers on communication, trust, and positive reinforcement. Behavior challenges often come from confusion, stress, boredom, or unmet needs. I focus on understanding why a dog is behaving a certain way and guiding them toward better choices through clear communication and rewarding success.

Our Values

We do not believe a dog is "too much." Anxiety, reactivity, and overwhelm are signals that a dog may need more clarity, more outlets, or more support. We lead with patience, structure, and enrichment so dogs can feel secure and understood.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create care that sees the whole dog, including their needs, temperament, and potential, through intentional routines, safe community, and individualized attention.
